NADSA News November 2006 ADS Week Contest Winners Announced The Interfaith Community Care in Surprise, Ariz. won NADSA's adult day services week contest for their celebration during September. The center coordinated a game day for residents that featured dancing, singing and other contests and Arizona's governor even stopped by for a visit! The Alianza Hispana of Boston received second prize for hosting a breakfast and tour with entertainment by program participants. Several city government officials and other community leaders attended the event. NADSA congratulates these winners for their hard work and dedication to telling the story of adult day services' value in their communities. |
