TimeSlips New Interactive Website to Launch at National Conference

Anne Basting will be the keynote presenter for the September 24, 2011, morning session at the upcoming 2011 National Adult Day Services Conference to be held September 22-24, 2011, in Milwaukee, WI, in partnership with the Wisconsin Adult Day Services Association.  TimeSlips has been an incredibly successful storytelling resource, but it is
about to open a whole new world of opportunity.  Join us on Saturday morning, September 24 at 8:45 AM (Central) for the launch of the new  interactive website designed so stories can be co-authored worlds apart.  In fact, if you can’t make the conference but would like to  watch the launch, register to watch the unveiling live!

Online Conference Registration Closes September 15

We look forward to welcoming you to the 2011 National Adult Day Services Conference in Milwaukee, WI, on September 22-24, 2011.  Online registration will close on September 15.  On-site registration will be open 2:00-5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 21, and daily beginning at 7:00 AM on Thursday, September 22.

MetLife Scholarship Available for NADSA Members to 2011 Conference

The MetLife Mature Market Institute is offering NADSA’s members the opportunity to double their ability to learn and contribute to the adult day services industry by providing a scholarship for participation in the National Adult Day Services Conference.  MetLife Mature Market Institute was the organization to recognize adult day services in its annual cost study in 2007, and continues to be a major supporter of the adult day services industry.

A limited number of scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Register two people for the full conference (Friday and Saturday) and the second person may receive a scholarship to cover 50% of the cost of registration.  Limit one scholarship per organization.  Room, board, mileage and pre-conference sessions will remain your responsibility.  Members can find the Scholarship Application in the NADSA Library.  Non-members can email NADSA to request a scholarship application and qualifications.
