Participate in the first ever National Study of Long-Term Care Providers (NSLTCP) designed to provide national estimates of major long-term care providers including adult day services. This study is being conducted by CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics and data collection will start in September 2012. Adult day services directors will be asked to complete the survey by mail or web to provide information about services, staffing, and practices; participants’ physical and cognitive functioning; and sources of payment for participants’ care.
All adult day centers in the United States are invited to participate in the study. By participating in this study, you can ensure that the voice and needs of your adult day center will be heard.
Your participation will help you, policy makers and health care planners better understand, plan for, and serve the future long-term care needs of the growing population of people who choose adult day services.
The information you provide will be held in the strictest of confidence and only summary data will be made publicly available.
