You asked and we listened! In response to feedback from the 2024 Member Survey, NADSA embarked on developing a long-range strategic plan last year which was approved by the Board of Directions last month. Join us on Tuesday, January 28 at 1 p.m. EST as members of the NADSA Board of Directors will present an over of the plan and answer questions.
This comprehensive plan addresses five major areas:
- Membership
- Education
- Partnerships & Collaboration
- Advocacy
- Infrastructure & Governance
The implementation of the plan will begin this year and extend to 2028 with periodic reviews and revisions as needed.
