Risk Less. Do More.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has launched a new Pan Respiratory Virus Public Education Campaign, also called “Risk Less. Do More.” The campaign is a national, integrated effort to increase awareness of, confidence in, and uptake of vaccines that reduce severe illness from flu, COVID-19 and the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) in at-risk populations. NADSA is one of several organizations participating in this program and will be providing members with materials and information to keep center staff, participants and family caregivers informed about the importance of being vaccinated.
At the recent 2024 NADSA National Conference, attendees who stopped by the Risk Less. Do More. information table explained why they believe this campaign is so important for ADS center participants and the overall need for everyone to be vaccinated: RLDM NADSA Conference
