As we learned from our January, 2024 member survey, many NADSA members are challenged when it comes to using their website and social media for both explaining what adult day services include and marketing their own center and program. To help members meet this challenge, NADSA and IlluminAge have created a four-step package that delivers content and engagement functions on a simplified, plug-and-play basis.
Step one offers website upgrade to a templated WordPress design tailored specifically for adult day service families, prospects, and referral sources. Step two offers the option of adding to your website a standard-design online resource center with pre-loaded resource content appropriate for those audiences. Step three, also optional, offers a WordPress blog with fresh posts added monthly and the ability to also add member-specific articles any time. And step four makes available regularly-scheduled roundtable calls as a convenient forum for discussing specific issues, exchanging ideas and experiences, and sharing resources and strategies.
