This is the fourth event of a bi-monthly, roundtable series that will showcase innovative, state-wide public health approaches for supporting dementia caregivers. The goal of this series is to create a public health community of practice, where agencies can share experiences and lessons learned, and find ideas of strategies they can implement to support dementia caregivers in their jurisdictions. Showcasing the leading work in the Wisconsin Department of Health Services from Kristen Felten, MSW, APSW and Kathleen Smith, BA. Kristen and Kathleen will discuss and share about the successful Dementia Care Specialist Program within their Department along with other current initiatives.
