The National Adult Day Services Association (NADSA) has selected The Afflerbach Group, LLC to represent its members and strengthen the national voice of adult day services.  Senator Roy Afflerbach, Retired will lead the effort to assist NADSA in developing and implementing effective public policy advocacy efforts and will provide direct advocacy representation to policy makers.

The Afflerbach Group, LLC (TAG) was founded by retired Pennsylvania State Senator Roy Afflerbach in March 2005. The company is a networking organization that brings together the talents of seasoned successful professionals and advocacy experts to provide their services to a few select clients.  TAG’s present public policy advocacy clients are the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS); The Pennsylvania Adult Day Services Association (PADSA); The Pennsylvania Association of Senior Centers (PASC). In addition, they maintain collaborative arrangements with the Pennsylvania Senior Support Coalition (directed by the Pennsylvania Association of Area Agencies on Aging), the South Western Pennsylvania Partnership for Aging (SWPPA), and national advocacy firms.

This new venture is another step in helping advance the national development, recognition and use of adult day services.
