Congress has begun the second half of its two-year session with unsettled budget allocations. CMS continues to press Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) regulatory changes and Managed Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) rules. The White House Conference on Aging has issued a final report and the Leadership Council of Aging Organizations is trying to obtain specific positions from the Presidential candidates on aging issues.
