Lori Sanchez has worked in the long term care industry for over 20 years. Currently, as the Program Supervisor of Morning Star Adult Day Program in Aurora, Colorado. Morning Star is a self-sustaining, quasi-governmental program offered by the City of Aurora. Lori oversees all operations of the program including marketing, admissions, billing, staff oversight, Medicaid and VA compliance, and manages the program budget. Prior to this position she was the Activities Director at Morning Star for 2 years. Lori has also worked in Social Services in a Skilled Nursing Facility as well as an Activities Assistant in an assisted living community.
Lori has served as Adult Day Program Liaison and Secretary on the State Board of the Colorado Activities Professional Association, Co-Chair of the Adult Day Program Coalition for LeadingAge Colorado, Member of the Adult Day Program Rules and Regulation committee for LeadingAge Colorado, Member of the Legislative task force and Conference committee for LeadingAge Colorado and Advisory member of the Emily Griffith Opportunity School home health program.
Currently Lori is on the NADSA board of directors where she serves as co-chair of the Conference Committee, and chair of the Membership Committee.
Lori has her associate’s degree in commercial photography from the Colorado Institute of Art.
William [Bill] Zagorski is the C.E.O. of American Senior Care Center, Inc. overseeing Centennial Adultcare Center’s three Adult Day Health Care locations, non-emergency medical transportation, and home care services, serving more than 150 adults each day throughout middle Tennessee.
Bill is a Nashville native, who completed his undergraduate degree at Xavier University, and his graduate degrees in Cancer and Cell Biology, and Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, and Microbiology at the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine in Cincinnati Ohio.
In addition to his role with American Senior Care Centers, Bill is also active on the Legislative Committee of the Council on Aging of Middle Tennessee, the past President of the Senior Services Network of the Mid-South, President of the Tennessee Association of Adult Day Services, the Chair of the Tennessee Coalition for Better Aging, and Chair of the Research Committee and Board Chair of the National Adult Day Services Association.

Kathleen leads Easterseals Adult Day Services innovation, implementation and evaluation including administration, quality and safety outcomes, compliance and fiscal management in a five county region of Southern California. Kathleen leads a team of purpose driven ADS Directors in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Riverside and Imperial Counties.
Since 1980, Kathleen has worked with people across the lifespan to promote inclusion of all people to lead their most purposeful, meaningful life. Kathleen has experience in adult day services, residential services, employment and special education. Kathleen collaborates with regional centers, regulatory agencies and community partners in Southern California for innovative, person centered services and outcomes for Adult Day Service stakeholders. Kathleen is Board President, California Association Adult Day Services and NADSA Board Treasurer. Kathleen resides in Orange County with her husband, Al and Pomeranians, Cassie and Carson.
