Dr. Tatum has served 21 years as Administrator and Staff Physician for an Adult Day Health Care that specialized in providing excellent program services for developmentally disabled adults that possess severe medical, cognitive and physical challenges that preclude or prohibit their participation in other adult day health care facilities.
Yonda Snyder was the Director of Indiana’s Division of Aging from January 2014 through February 2018 and is a human resources/organizational design professional with 15 years of combined experience in long term care and state government. Yonda is a partner and co-founder of Sage Squirrel Consulting, LLC. Yonda has a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University
Debbie Pierson was with Indiana’s Division of Aging from March 2013 until March of 2018. Debbie worked for 11 years with an area agency on aging in addition to other retail management experience. Debbie is a partner and co-founder of Sage Squirrel Consulting, LLC. Debbie has a Bachelor’s Degree from Earlham College and a Master’s in Public Administration from Indiana State University.

Vicki Maynard is executive director of SarahCare of Indianapolis. She has been involved with adult day services for 12 years — growing two start-up centers into successful operations — and has worked with seniors, disabled adults and caregivers for more than 25 years. She is a member, and past president, of the Indiana Association of Adult Day Services and is active with public policy issues advocating for state certification of adult day services and Medicaid reimbursement. She is a member of the National Adult Day Services Association board and the board’s public policy and chairman of the member education committees and has been a speaker at several of the group’s national conferences. She was the recipient of the 2000 Kirkpatrick Gerontology Award from Ball State University’s Fisher Institute for Wellness and Gerontology and was named SarahCare Corp. Advocate of the year, Additionally, she has been a speaker at several national and regional conventions on topics such as program creation/development and caregiving issues.
